Office Manager / Executive Assistant

An important function within the business, this is an exciting and diverse role within a fast-growing organisation. The successful applicant will be required to wear a lot of hats, splitting their time between the Sales, Operations, and the Management team. The candidate will have the opportunity to mature into other areas of the business, so will need to arrive with energy and enthusiasm.

Seeking an individual with prior experience working in an administrative or office manager function. You will be required to have excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of WordPress and design software such as Canva. A good level of organisation will need to be demonstrated. Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels via telephone and written forms of communication, with a commitment to quality and delivery of a first-class customer experience.

Sales Account Executive

Duration: Full Time
Location: US (Remote, Preferred locations: Florida, New York/Tri State Area, California/West Coast) and UK

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of our brands portfolio wholesale business in North and South America.

The role is responsible for developing the wholesale business and strategy for our brands working with major department stores, e commerce, boutiques, and business to business (special accounts) in the regions. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in luxury wholesale with a proven track record in achieving year on year growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To manage and grow wholesale and concessions business in the following channels: Department Stores, Boutiques and concept stores, special accounts, and business partners, hospitality, interior designers and private clients
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities within the North America & South America market. Research new markets and prospect stores to continue the growth of wholesale and retail
  • Own and oversee the international sales strategy, roll-out plan and take responsibility for the meeting of set deadlines
  • Grow boutique partnerships & department store presence, negotiating space, location, assortment plan, profit guarantees, etc., with buying teams to acquire the best terms
  • Translate marketing initiatives into sales opportunities (develop a pipeline of qualified leads in a CRM)
  • Maintain comprehensive prospect and client information in a CRM; mine the database to identify selling opportunities
  • Understand the duration of the sales cycle and critical account touch points to meet quarterly revenue goals and forecast growth
  • Work closely with sales team to develop an inventory strategy to drive annual sales growth
  • Establish revenue goals by region, by account, by product category and by salesperson
  • Personally generate and lead sales efforts by managing 5-10 key accounts
  • Develop “client services” for all markets to keep clients loyal to the brand
  • Liaise closely with the team on post and after-sale follow through, sales analysis and sell through data to support sell out, maximizing reorders
  • Ensure all deliveries contain a merchandisable mix of product
  • Along with the logistics team ensure all available stock is shipped in a timely manner
  • Support Finance in managing & following up on all deposits and pro-forma invoices
  • Monitor and report weekly sales and perform weekly analysis of by style/by door
  • Ensure sell through by style in existing stores is recorded, analysed and any poor results acted upon.
  • Visit partners on a regular basis, producing reports and short-term/long-term business plans
  • Responsible for provision of regular weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual sales reports for all partners. Manage the regions seasonally and in partnership with the merchandising team and decide on assortments to protect and drive key trends and products in line with brand image and message.
  • Analyze average transaction value by product category, region and sales channel to refine pricing (and discount) strategy
  • As brand ambassador, provide retailers with training guidance on product and proactively communicate the brand philosophy to the market
  • Oversee all account management and customer service elements for concessions accounts ensuring company brand message is delivered and maintained
  • Work in collaboration with key departments such as Merchandising, Creative and Marketing to ensure market growth and key goals are met
  • Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
  • Strong and current buyer relationships with leading International department stores, online retailers and independent boutiques. As well as a strong focus on building a network of special markets, and business to business (Luxury hotels, real estate developers, wealth management)
  • Manage retail partners & concessions buy meetings; confirm appointments for upcoming market weeks, and co-ordinate with relevant departments
  • Communicate trend and competitive information internally

Sales & Operations Coordinator

Duration: Full Time
Location: (Remote)

Work closely with the wholesale sales team to grow and expand the business for BENE.luxic. The sales assistant will be instrumental to the department taking on all admin responsibilities such as processing and entering orders, gathering image requests, and researching and contacting potential new clients across the globe for our brands.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Inventory management, order entry, logistics for international orders including creating commercial invoices and getting shipping quotes
  • Work closely with UK distribution center to process orders and make sure orders ship complete and on time
  • Completing technical sheets for key clients across all of the brands and creating technical sheets when new collections launch
  • Handling customer service queries such image requests, order discrepancies, returns, damaged products, and quality control issues
  • Extensive lead research on global markets and appropriate clients to pitch the brand to
  • High level of organization to keep sales team organized and efficient
  • Building data sheets for new software system being implemented
  • Client mailings including newsletters sent via MailChimp, catalogue mailings and outreach to existing clients with new collection launches
  • Supporting the marketing team with social media posts and content
